In 1978, at the request of one teacher, Robbie Bush, then manager of Associated Travel, put together a 3 day trip to Washington D.C. for a few middle schools in Lafayette. How ironic that one of the students on that trip, 7th Grader, Cat Terrebonne, would eventually become the Educational Tour Director with Associated. From a few schools in the beginning traveling to Washington, to an all year program touching Washington D.C., Williamsburg, Jamestown, Gettysburg, the Amish country, the Grand Canyon, Quebec as well as Coastal Louisiana, Associated Travel offers unique, teacher driven, custom itineraries designed to enhance middle school academics.  Personally escorted by Cat and her staff, we offer an educational experience and flexibility not found in other educational tours.
